1. Order Processing Time
All orders are professionally processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation. Once your order has been dispatched from our partner warehouse, you will automatically receive an email notification containing your tracking number.
2. Shipping Destinations & Delivery Times
We are proud to offer Free Tracked Shipping to our core markets: the United States and the United Kingdom.

Please note: Estimated delivery times are guidelines from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order. Delivery times may vary slightly due to carrier logistics, customs processing, or high-demand seasons.
3. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from Sulora™ with your unique tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update and become active in the carrier's system.
You can monitor your package at any time directly through our website on the Track Your Order page or via official postal carrier services (USPS for the US, Royal Mail for the UK).
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Sulora™ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Note: Orders shipped to standard residential addresses in the US and UK under standard thresholds rarely encounter any customs fees.
5. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. Because we work quickly to process and ship orders within our 1-3 business days window, there is a very small timeframe to amend an address error. Please contact us immediately at sulora.help@gmail.com if you need to correct your delivery details.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or if your tracking info states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact our dedicated support team within 7 days of the delivery date at sulora.help@gmail.com. We will immediately investigate with the carrier and arrange a free replacement for you.
